Boopelite Trivia It is possibly located in California. In "Underpants-Palooza", while Banana was canoeing over to the Gunk Knuckler's house, he passed a sign that read "Burbank" in one direction, and "Gunk Knuckler" in the other. Burbank is a city in California, which means Boopelite could possibly exist in it (fictionally, of course). Some of the houses and city building designs in Boopelite bear resemblance to Nearburg from CatDog, another Nickelodeon show. However, because of the retrofuturism setting, it also bears a resemblance to The City from Invader Zim.
