Moby Woof is the "world's BIGGEST dog" in Boopelite and is obsessed with horns. When Goat went there to go and see him, he steals two of her horns, uses them as an earrings and runs off. Meanwhile, he was being lured into the theater as bait, is entertained by the song, and stops them no matter what. During the end Goat uses his teeth as horns.

Moby Woof is a gigantic dog who is red in color and has burgundy ears and muzzle.
