It is a pop-up book that explains what Filthy does on Chalawunga, such as giving presents and where he lives as well. Pig used this memoir to find Filthy in a sewer but later lost the book after it was eaten by an alligator. Even though the book is called One Heart, Five Toes, Filthy the Foot is actually shown with four toes in the episode "Happy Chalawunga!".
