Plantain Trivia He speaks in a thick Hispanic accent. Ironically, his voice actor, Artt Butler, also provides the voice of the character Rafael Diaz from Star vs. the Forces of Evil. It is unknown if he will make another appearance. He is shown to have a wife and three children. The name of his second son Plantalones is a portmanteau of "plantain" and "pantalones" (which means pants or trousers in Spanish). The tattoo on his right arm is Miss Chiquita from the famous banana brand Chiquita.
