Tony Towel is a muscular repairman who needs help from Goat. However, she becomes smitten of him and falls in love. He enters The Treehouse repairing her horn buffer with his towel, as well as fixing the living room mess she's made. He is also seen with a towel wrapped around his neck. He also speaks in a low, husky voice.
