The tooth has a nice personality. He loves to sing a duet with Goat about finding one's true love and that they inform viewers to "brush three times a day". During the end of the episode, he appeared with a rose in his hands and asks Goat if she wants to go hot tubbing. He also claimed that he is a record producer.

The tooth is pearly white in appearance. He wears a brown trilby hat and he has blonde hair sticking out.
